This is a snapshot of heated cigarettes (otherwise known as "heat-not-burn") regulation in the U.S., prepared by the Public Health Law Center. The information is based on a 50-state (plus Washington, D.C. and the U.S. Territories) survey analyzing how state statutes apply to heated cigarettes in the following areas: clean indoor air, minimum legal sales age, and taxation.
